Patient Services Department

As Director of Patient Services, his main mission is to support our partners and healthcare establishments in improving the Patient Experience by providing patients with comfort and peace of mind throughout their stay.
The Patient Services department reviewed feedback from the field (from patients and healthcare establishments), analyses it, and discusses it with the other Group divisions in order to ensure efficiency in the services delivered today and those of tomorrow.

As part of the Patient Services management team, his missions consist of listening to his customers, at the operational level, with our partner healthcare centers and of course the direct users of our solutions.
He has to offer them solutions that facilitate, optimise and sustain their operations and experiences.
What is important to him is to be a player in the reduction of the border between “being at home” and “being in hospital” while facilitating the patient’s stay before, during and after hospitalisation.

Regional manager for the West

As part of  the patient services management team, his main mission is to ensure the proper execution of public service concession contracts.
He act as a link between HOPPEN’s Group various departments and the client health establishments in order to meet patients’ expectations and needs.
What is most important to him is to be close to our teams on site to enable them to provide a quality service to the patients, their families and their carers who place their trust in us

As part of the patient services management team, Patrick’s mission is to guarantee quality services, the best possible welcome for users, to animate the team leaders to achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives, to work on the renewal of existing contracts and to offer new services to improve the patient experience.
It is through the competence of our on-site teams and the related animation that the regional manager can develop and grow the objectives

As part of the Patient Services management team, Mikaël’s mission is to guarantee quality services, the best possible welcome for users, to lead the team managers to achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives, to work on the renewal of existing contracts and to offer new services to improve the patient experience.
It is through the competence of our on-site teams and the related animation that the regional manager can develop and grow the objectives.

As part of the patient services management team, Arthur is in charge of concierge services.
He defines and leads the offer for patients and hospital staff.
He is committed to providing the best possible service to patients before, during and after their stay.
He helps the teams on a daily basis to deliver a personalised and attentive service.
He is also working on the concierge service of the future in cross-functional projects by imagining a more digital offer, total support or by adapting the offer to all types of establishments

As Sales Director, Romuald is a consultant and expert in the field of Digital Solutions and patient services. He works on patient support for the management of healthcare centers and has been accompanying HOPPEN in its growth since 2016

As part of the commercial team, Dimitri is specialised in assisting public hospitals wishing to modernise their equipment, multimedia and hospitality services for patients.
He will be your sales contact for the French North regions.
With his experience in these areas, he will be able to help you in your reflection and your renewal strategy

As part of the commercial team, Patrick is an expert in the private sector, defining, leading and supervising the sales strategy.
The challenge is what motivates him day after day.

He proposes interconnections with the HIS present in the structures in order to give them flexibility and efficiency to the care teams.

As part of the commercial team, expert in the construction of hotel projects adapted to healthcare center.
He listens to the needs of the clients and act as a link between the different departments of the group.
Being a sales representative is a job where curiosity is required and no routine is possible. Finding solutions to meet needs and making the patients’ stay more pleasant is a pleasure

As part of the commercial team, Sophie is an expert in assisting clients with their digitalization projects.
Sophie is an advisor for national referencing through framework agreements. She takes on challenges every day, and shares her experience with the team.
Being a sales representative means being able to listen and adapt to all types of situations to advise customers and guide them towards the best solution while creating a relationship of trust.

My objective : Based on a professional organisation, to provide health establishments with the right elements and arguments and to guarantee them that our solutions meet the needs and strategic challenges of their establishment

Au sein de l’équipe commerciale, Christophe est en charge du développement commercial de notre offre au service du « bien vieillir » dédiés aux résidences seniors et EHPAD. Il coconstruit avec les acteurs du marché et promeut les offres de services de demain pour nos ainés répondant aux enjeux suivants :
– Autonomie, bien-être et confort en s’appuyant sur le digital au service des résidents, de leurs familles et du personnel
–  Services et solutions pour les résidents et les professionnels en les murs et hors les murs
–  Prévention de la perte d’autonomie et stimulation cognitive notamment grâce au maintien du lien social (au sein de l’établissement et à l’extérieur avec les proches)
– Solutions digitales adaptées aux usages et aux besoins des résidents (ergonomie, interfaces issues de nos solutions SSR & MPR ,…)

As pre-sales director, on the commercial side, Lam is in charge of the response to the calls for tender launched by the hospitals.
This includes preparing the technical and financial response, including the development of the business plan, drafting, presentation and negotiation.
On the pre-sales side, its team provides technical support to sales managers for BtoB and BtoC projects.
Technical audits of installations, production of demo kits, specific studies, etc.
Proud of the involvement of her team, their commitment and the good spirit that reigns there. Everyone responds and remains available to give a hand, finalise a file, send our answers.
A fine example of solidarity and mutual aid between colleagues.

He is also responsible for the deployment of our solutions to our numerous customers.
Pre-sales means advising, supporting and assisting customers in their projects.

As part of the pre-sales team, her job mainly consists of providing support in the commercial monitoring, constitution, drafting and administrative follow-up of tender folders at each stage (application, offer, negotiation hearings, final offer).
This is followed by the follow-up of client contracts, commercial proposals, invoicing, annual activity reports, etc.
This consists of understanding the current needs of establishments, evaluating their feasibility and anticipating their future needs to ensure the deployment of our solutions and a lasting relationship

As director of the deployment department, Johan manages all of our technology deployment projects for patients and caregivers.
In order to meet these challenges and to be able to respond favourably to all the requests we receive, we have to anticipate future needs and ensure that the team has the necessary resources to carry out their missions.
It is also important to capitalise on our experiences and to know how to look at past achievements in order to deduce areas for improvement

As part of the deployment team, his mission within HOPPEN is to prepare the servers and install the software.
He is the technical link between the project managers and the developers/devops.
The project managers are essential for his daily missions, they are in contact with healthcare center and cross-check the client’s information, which allows for a smoother and more trouble-free installation

As part of the deployment team, his missions are to carry out network audits, TV deployment sites, find service providers to carry out estimates and work, and find suppliers for hardware solutions.
It is an exciting job because of its diversity, sometimes demanding, which requires a lot of anticipation and availability

The Project Manager orchestrates all the parties involved, both internally and externally, before, during and after the deployment
